[6:00pm CT]  Issue Resolved!

[11:30am CT Update]  We are tracking slow eligibility response times from many of the insurance plans today.  We will continue to monitor and provide updates.

[10:30am CT]  We are currently researching a global slowness issue affecting eCare NEXT and any products consuming eligibility.  We do not have an estimated fix time, but it is our top priority.
