IntelliSource/eCare NEXT Customers Affected by 06.12.2015 – 06.13.2015 Issue – Important Update

[06.18.2015] Customers that were affected by the database issue that occurred on 6/12-13 will be moved to a different cluster at 10:00pm tonight (expect processing delays up to two hours).  If you need to delay this for your facility, please contact us at customer.support@passporthealth.com.

[06.13.2015]  At 8:30pm CT on 06.12.2015 a critical database server crashed.  The systems team was able to move another solution into production by 1:30am CT on 06.13.2015.  This affected around 70 clients.  We apologize for the processing interruption.
