Paramount Health Eligibility Issues

Monday, June 15 – An “old” connection for Paramount Health Eligibility was discontinued and a “new” connection was moved into production.  This has resulted in authentication issues.  As necessary, we have marked this payer down until new code can be deployed.  Please provide new credentials to our enrollment team at your earliest convenience. You may email them to enrollment@passporthealth.com We will provide an estimated fix time as soon as available.
