Change Overview:
Clearinghouse
Corrected a response issue for TRICARE Overseas where the response indicated invalid search criteria.
OrderRite
Improved the daily billing extract and ABN notes reporting.
IntelliSource
Improved procedure for global search functionality.
eCareNext
Updated Coverage Discovery alerts. Now, when Coverage Discovery is found, eCareNext will remove previous “not active” Coverage Discovery alerts.
Edit Patient functionality available in Quick Launch is undergoing a small cosmetic change. When a user chooses to Edit a patient, the chevron links will no longer be available, nor will any of the patient information at the top of the page. This is being done to help alleviate redundancies between the Create and Edit Patient pages.
ScheduleSmart
Includes additional support for ICD10 and ICD10 code set validation. Now allows schedule to change physician during rescheduling.
OrderChecker
Now resolves all “100-based,” medical necessity alerts for an Encounter ID, once the order is filed.
OrderSmart
Improves presentation of the Daily Fax Summary Report. Also adds an alert on the “Send Fax” page from a Fax Payer when the facility doesn’t have out-going faxes enabled.
For facility group users and facility users, added “Departments” to the “Configuration” drop down. The Departments can be configured using the staff menu configuration screen.
For Facility group users and facility users, Added Auth Configuration tab to the Configuration dropdown to enable/disable individual authorization details selections on the Place order page. The Auth Configuration can be configured at staff menu configuration screen. Also moved configuration items to the new configuration screen:
– Authorization request details
– Minimum days required to get authorization
– Allows placing an order without Clinical History
(when the “Facility should get auth” option is selected)
– Allows placing an order when the auth is not possible
FaxSmart
Send Fax:
For fax users, added “Cancel” button in the Send fax menu tab.
– Upon Cancel the user will be navigated back to default home page.

No technical changes are required for existing Equifax users as we will programmatically migrate the remaining customers on the 26th. Also, your pricing for address verification services will not change. If you have questions about this transition, please contact us at CAT_User@Passporthealth.com.
Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
