For Admin users, improved the configuration screens for Fax Document Type Content Selection to view enabled document types.
For all users, added support to show the order expiration date on the:
– Requisition form
– Verification Auth Tab, below reason for exam
– Scheduling Tab, from Verification screen and workqueue.
– Fax indexing below patient class.
For all users, added support to populate scheduled date and time in Date/Time of service column in the workqueue.

First of the Month Processing
Over the past few weeks, our systems team has doubled processing capacity. Although there are a large number of payers that had a higher than normal timeout percentage than usual, our infrastructure successfully processed all transactions with no delay. As a matter of fact, we still have additional capacity that has not yet been utilized. The entire Experian Health systems team has been on high alert this week and monitoring performance very closely. We’ll continue to update you of any changes/updates.
Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
