Passport Release Notes – 07.10.2015

Change Overview:
eCareNext Adds postback functionality and the ability to run benefits using multiple services types for clients who use specific business rules.

Corrects an issue where users were not able to see when an eligibility transaction was manually resubmitted.  Likewise, corrects the corresponding alert not being resolved by the system that resulted from the manual resubmit process.  A manual resubmit indicator is also available.

OrderSmart
Physician eOrders portal, added a new user role: Physician office viewer for only viewing physician office orders, no delegation of order entry.

For all users using the MNC tab for ad hoc checks, added Date of Service above the Diagnosis code.

  • The Date of Service will default to today’s date.  Also added the ability to select a date from the calendar.
  • If the order’s Date of Service is before the mandated Oct 1, 2015, and the user has entered ICD 10 codes, OSM will prompt the user to only select ICD 9 codes.

For all users on the place order page, added a red asterisk next to all mandatory fields.

  • For Scheduling Details and Authorization, the icon will be shown based on the facility configuration.

FaxSmart
For fax Admin users, on the Configuration tab, and using Document configuration, added the option to Edit and deselect an “Active” checkbox, to inactivate the document type.

Special Notes:
MyResponse Maintenance on 07.16.2015.  Due to a server upgrade, MyResponse will be unavailable during our regularly scheduled maintenance on 07.16.2015.  We anticipate starting the upgrade around 9:00pm CT and completing all changes by 12:00am CT.

Weekly Deployment Schedule:
Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
