IntelliSource and PPE/Alerts Issue – Resolved (Update)

[07.10.2015 @ 2:20pm CT] The IntelliSource configuration error was resolved at 2:20pm CT.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

[07.10.2015 @2:00pm CT] RQA/PPE are processing normally.  We are correcting an issue that is sporadically causing IntelliSource pages to present a “configuration error” intermittently.  We anticipate correcting this issue in the next 30 minutes.

[07.10.2015 @1:35pm CT]  We are once again have instances of RQA/PPE processing slowness.  Our team is fully engaged in troubleshooting the issue.

[07.10.2015 @11:35am CT] Processing should have been back to normal on all products as of 11:35am CT!  Thanks again for your patience!

[07.10.2015 @11:00am CT] We were able to make a change to resolve the backlog, but it will take around 15 more minutes to resolve.

[07.10.2015 @11:00am CT]  Although the backlog is decreasing, we still have a significant number of PPE and Alert messages to process.  The new expected resolution time is 12pm CT.  We apologize for the delay!

[07.10.2015 @10:00am CT] We estimate PPE and Alerts will still be slow and need another 45 minutes to return to normal response time.

[07.10.2015 @9:15am CT] We have implemented a fix for this issue and customers should experience improvement with eCare NEXT responsiveness.  However, we estimate PPE and Alerts will still be slow and need another 30-45 minutes to return to normal response time.

[07.10.2015 @9:00am CT] We are researching an issue that is causing eCare NEXT processing slowness which is also causing some PPE requests to not generate estimates. We are investigating and will post updates as we determine a fix.

[07.10.2015 @8:00am CT]  We are researching an issue that is causing some PPE requests to not generate estimates.   We are investigating and will post updates as we determine a fix.
