Reminder – MyResponse Maintenance will occur this evening due to a server upgrade. MyResponse will be unavailable during this regularly scheduled maintenance window. We anticipate starting the upgrade around 9:00p.m. CT and completing all changes by 12:00a.m. CT.
BatchSource
Corrects a processing issue when pipe characters ( | ) were being supplied in client data. Now, pipe characters, (which are not used as delimiters) will be replaced with caret characters ( ^ ).
Added normalization to all addresses that are parsed in the Eligibility and Coverage Discovery files.
Coordination of Benefits (COB)
Added new payers for COB clearinghouse transactions. This includes BCBS MA, Emblem Health, and HealthNow.
OneSource
Improved the linking functionality for those clients who also use OrderSmart.
eCareNext – RQA, PPE
Changes the user interface to align medical necessity alerts being resolved manually. This allows the status of a manually resolved alert to be consistent with what was selected in the eCareNext, RQA, and PPE modules.
OrderSmart
Authorization Tab: For facility group users and facility users in Authorization panel.
- Added support to show 278 Requests/Responses.
- Now shows the 278 Request(s)/Response(s) Tab if the order source is Interface_278.
- Added the Download icon to view the message.
- Updates the Auth errors log. If error source is 278, now shows the Download icon in category column to view request message.
Reports: For facility group users and facility users, added calendar selection “From” and “To” on the Physician fax daily summary report.
- Added ability to print one week report. OSM will restrict the user if the date selection exceeds one week.
Reports: For facility group users and facility users, the following changes were made to the “Fax User Activity Report.”
- On the In Fax Indexing Sheet, added Document Type.
- On the In By User By Action Tab, added pivot table fields to include the ability to choose “Document Type.”
FaxSmart
For fax user’s:
- Added support to move the fax linked documents from “Inprocess” to “Complete.”
- Added a conformation alert to confirm whether or not to mark all linked documents as complete or not complete.
Special Notes
Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00p.m. to 12:00a.m. CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
