Passport Payer “Not Set” Responses – Resolved at 1:30pm CT

[07 17 2015 @ 2:25pm CT]  The Not Set errors were resolved at 1:30pm CT, and our Payer Team has been monitoring transactions for the last hour.  If you continue to experience any problems, please reach out to Customer Support.

[07 17 2015 @ 11:25am CT]  Several payer responses are coming back with Not Set on the banner response, however, the transaction is actually returning valid responses.  This should not be impacting your IntelliSource nor eCare NEXT Rules.  Our Payer Team is working to resolve this issue but we do not have an Estimated Time of Resolution at the moment.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
