Key feature changes include:
–   All procedures from the CDM will display either an “H” or a “P”. The “H” indicates
this is considered a hospital charge. The “P” indicates this is a professional charge.
–   Customizable view for the Easy Search: The user can select which columns of
information they now want to see.

Patient Identity Verification (PIV) Red Flags
Red Flag alerts will now be returned as part of the Experian address verification response.  Red Flags are alerts or warnings that identify patient information discrepancies (name, address, SSN, DOB) that may lead to a fraud or identity theft situation.  Although relatively rare (less than 2% of all PIV transactions), Red Flags are very helpful to providers as part of an identity theft prevention policy and to minimize loss of revenues due to fraud.

OrderChecker – Legacy
Corrects an error where ICD9 return listings were not showing for less-specific ICD9s codes.

Pre-Auth Knowledgebase
Improves authorization response printing to increase font size and bold results on printed page.

OneSource
Updates “My Response” to use an updated configuration tool and new API.  This now allows a transaction to be viewable by TransRef ID and displays the transaction based upon the user that initiated the transaction.

OrderSmart
ICD-9 to ICD-10 Conversion:
Added “Can use ICD 9 codes” to facility group menu configuration.
–   Default will be enabled.
–   If enabled, user will not be prevented from saving order with ICD9 codes,
regardless of ICD10 effective date.
Added “ICD Translation Disabled” to facility group menu configuration.
–   If enabled, Auto translation to ICD10 will not be done, if date of service is on or
after 10/1/2015. User can translate using ‘ICD code click’ where users can click on
the ICD9 code from diagnosis list and see the translations display.
Authorization Details Tab:
–   Resolved data display of Date of Service in Authorization Tab and “Service Date”
field relabeled to “Date of Service”.
–   If Fax Payer feature is enabled, new Authorization Form available for configuration
with button label for “Send Fax” changed to “Next”.

FaxSmart
Updating Physician:
If a physician is selected or changed after a case is created for fax documents, added support to populate the same physician to case and order if one exists.

Special Notes:
Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.

Previous Deployment Detail: You may view previous deployment notes on the Passport product dashboard located at http://www.passportproductdashboard.com
