We are performing a hardware upgrade this Friday, August 28, from 8:00p.m. CT until Saturday, August 29 at 8:00a.m CT. This is being done to improve system performance and reliability. During this upgrade PPE, RQA, PayNav, ERA, and eCareOnline will be offline.

Added functionality to allow users to go between a Pharmacy EV transaction and a Pharmacy PA transaction.
Special Notes: Weekly Deployment Schedule:
Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
