Passport Release Notes – 09.04.2015 – Update

Update – RQA
Fixed an AlertBuilder tool issue where the Copy Alert would crash when using IE9.
Accepting GE alerts and adding a process to release the Postback when needed.
Any Alert status will be offered in the AlertBuilder for new Alerts.
Added a new Product Source to eCareNext: ProcessTracker.
Updated RQA for the IsResolve status without Config file case.
Assigned User alerts:
Added a New Flag for users added when resolving the alert manually in eCN.

Self Service Portal – Fixed the Filter by State option on the Payer Permissions Tab.

eCareNEXT, PPE and RQA
Corrects an issue with “Reset” actions within the Patient Payment Estimator (PPE) and Registration Quality Assurance (RQA) modules.

Added a new RQA Product Source to eCareNEXT.  When an RQA alert is triggered using the new Product Source, it will be displayed into a separate table under the Alerts chevron.

OrderSmart – General
Added option for “Service Type” to mark as “default” in facility/facility group user’s preferences page.

  • The default service type for the user will be shown in Fax Indexing and Place New Order pages.

Added a new Search filter as “Priority” in the Order Workqueue.

  • Updated the priority column to show “Other” within the in WQ result along with the additional text.

Added support to show Patient Cell number and Home Phone number in the Default Requisition form; except for some users. Fixed an issue to allow editing Office staff user’s username by facility/facility group admin users.

Added support for space in patient last/first name in patient search by “last, first” and “lastname, dob” searches.

Modified the status of order source to ‘Facility’ from ‘Fax’ for the orders created from Workqueue right context menu ‘Create Order” link.

Fixed issue in auto converting ICD9 to ICD10 codes added from worksheet in Place Order/MNC screens.

OrderSmart – Authorization Details Tab
Added support to show confirmation message for saving details in Scheduling Tab within Verification screen.

OrderSmart – Authorization Workqueues:
New column “Auth Status (from Order)”, added to show authorization request status entered by the users while placing the order from place order page.

Added new fields as Physician, DOS, Service Type, A/C# and Comment in Workqueue right context menu Associate Order pop-up header. Also, added “create order” button before associate button within the Associate order pop-up.

FaxSmart:
Added mouse over popup on patient column in Fax WQ to show patient’s Name, DOB, Home &/ Cell phone numbers. Same information is also added as new WQ column “Patient Info”.

Added support to retain selected patient/physician for documents selected as “Trash” while splitting.

  • Removed the alerts “Would you like select patient/physician Here.” on click of patient/physician selection for ‘Yes’ option in split page.
  • Fax Transcribed date moved to Fax document level from case document level.
  • Fax Transcribed date will available for all indexed documents.
  • Added functionality to take the user to fax indexing page after undoing a trash document. System will alert “Would you like to index this document?” after undoing a trash document. If selected OK, user will be taken to fax indexing page.

Added support to print Fax-Indexing Details.

  • At top of the page before the History icon, provided two Print Icons. One for Fax Index-details with fax documents and other for the Fax-Indexing details only.

FaxSmart – Place Order: Scheduled Date of Service confirmation dialog box for office users is limited to selection of Scheduled/Date of Service.

  • Removed the duplicate pop-up upon selection of “scheduled.”

OrderChecker – Web Improves integration and processing of Registration Quality Assurance (RQA) alerts and categories within the eCareNext interface. This improvement is transparent for those who use Medical Necessity within eCareNext.

Weekly Deployment Schedule:
Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
