IntelliSource and eCare NEXT Processing Update – 2:30pm CT

[09 08 2015 @ 2:30pm CT] All products should be processing normally.  We apologize for the service disruption.

[09 08 2015 @ 2:00pm CT] IntelliSource and eCare NEXT Users should be able to process transactions normally with the exception of alerts as of 2pm CT.  Estimated fix time for alerts is 2:30pm CT.

[09 08 2015 @ 1:28pm CT]  IntelliSource and eCare NEXT Users should be able to login as of 1:05pm CT, however you may be receiving different errors at the moment.  There is no Estimated Time of Resolution as of 1:28pm CT.

[09 08 2015 @ 12:56pm CT]  IntelliSource and eCare NEXT Users may be experiencing login and processing issues.  We have been given an Estimated Resolution Time of 1:05pm CT.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
