Postback Issues – Resolved at 11:06am CT

[09 09 2015 @ 10:45am CT]  The issue with real-time alerts should be resolved.  Alert that were submitted in the 10:10am to 10:30am CT period will be delayed for another 10-15 minutes.  Passport is still researching the scripting issues.

[09 09 2015 @ 10:15am CT]  Passport is investigating reports of postbacks freezing within eCare NEXT.
