OneSource: Beginning Date of Service not defaulting – Resolved @ 8:37pm CT on 10/27/15)

[10 27 2015 @ 8:37pm CT]  The Beginning Date of Service is now defaulting to the current date on OneSource.  We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.

[10 27 2015 @ 7:08am CT]  The Beginning Date of Service issue has a new Estimated Time of Resolution of this evening, 10/27/15, at approximately 8:30pm CT.  So sorry for the delay.

[10 23 2015 @ 8:00 am CT]  On OneSource, for all insurance payers, the beginning date of service field is not defaulting to the current date.  In the interim, we ask that you manually type the date in the respective field to submit your transaction.  You may type in the eight digits without the back slash (e.g. MMDDYYYY).  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We have an Estimated Time of Resolution set for Monday evening, 10/26/15.
