Intermittent Alerts Issue / PPE Slowness Resolved @ 815pm CT – 10.26.2015

[10 26 2015 @ 8:15pm CT]  PPE and RQA should be processing normally.

[10 26 2015 @ 7pm CT]  PPE is now experiencing slow processing and intermittent “error has occurred” responses.  The Queue Manager is also generating an error.  Passport is working to resolve the issue.

[10 26 2015 @ 5:15pm CT]  We are researching an issue that is causing intermittent alerts processing slowness.  Our team is working on a resolution, but we do not have an estimated fix time.
