Alerts and PPE Issue – 11.05.2015 @1:00pm CT Update

[1:00pm CT]  Real-time alerts and PPE in IntelliSource are now available. We apologize for the disruption in service.

[12:30pm CT]  Real-time alerts still not available.  We estimated a fix time of 12:30pm CT .  However, we are still attempting to clear the backlog.

[12:15pm CT]  Real-time alerts should be available around 12:20 to 12:30pm CT .  PPE transactions in IntelliSource should also be resolved at that time.  Alerts that were submitted between 11:00am and 12:00pm CT may not be updated until around 2:00pm CT today.

[11:15am CT]  Alerts are delayed around 25-30 minutes.  PPE transactions in IntelliSource are still having processing issues.

[10:45am CT]  Alerts are processing slower than normal in eCare NEXT and IntelliSource.  This also affects PPE in IntelliSource.  Once we have an estimated fix time, we’ll post an update.

[9:45am CT]  We are working on an issue that is causing Alerts slowness in eCare NEXT and IntelliSource.  This also affects PPE in IntelliSource.  We do not have an estimated fix time, but the team is actively working on a resolution.
