eCare NEXT
- As reported last week, Passport will deploy a new eCare NEXT login routine tonight (August 29th). Instead of launching the NEXT bar to login, a pop-up box will appear first so that application settings may be verified and downloaded prior to launching the NEXT bar. We are confident that this change will improve the efficiency and reliability of the authentication process. Click-once users will see the pop-up after August 29th. However, MSI users will not receive a pop-up prompt until they have downloaded the latest version of the MSI NEXT bar.
- Fix the eCare NEXT full response issue that was causing the right-hand side to be cut off in some versions of Internet Explorer.
- Fix fast client switching issue that was forcing users to click on that queue after switching to the new client. The queue will now be visible automatically.
- Fix eCare NEXT header so that it is available when scrolling.
