Patient Payment Estimator (PPE) Intermittent Slowness – Update

[3:00 pm CT] The intermittent PPE slowness issues have significantly improved. We’ll continue to monitor response time to make certain we are processing all PPE transactions normally.

[11:00 am CT] Multiple clients have reporting PPE slowness or transactions not posting/redirecting users directly to the worklist. We are researching this issue, but do not have an estimated resolution time.
