[09:30am CT – 10/17/2013] HCSC has notified Passport of a hardware issue that is causing all BCBS IL, TX, and NM transaction to fail. Their message is included below:
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL, NM, OK and TX is experiencing technical difficulties in responding to electronic transactions including claim submission, eligibility & benefits, claim status and phone inquiries (i.e. Call Service Centers / IVR). They are working to resolve this issue as promptly as possible. We will notify you once this is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience
