eCare NEXT – Add MyResponse Tabs to eCare NEXT that match the functionality in OneSource. This change will not be turned on globally, but can be configured by your account manager or customer support (customer.support@passporthealth.com).
Self Service Portal – Move Manage Defaults to a new tab.
Payer Time Out Messages – Add link to system status dashboard and payer status page.
Contact Us – Add Instant Messaging/Chat.
