[12/11/2013 @ 10:00am CT] Passport implemented a processing change last night in an attempt to increase of transaction throughput. However, the new configuration inadvertently caused a bottleneck that created a backlog for eCare NEXT during peak volume time this morning. We readjusted the settings and processing returned to normal at approximately 9:55am CT.
[12/11/2013 @ 9:15am CT] We are experiencing intermittent slowness with the eCare NEXT bar. However, we have identified the issue and should be fully resolved in the next 30 minutes.
