Related to a production change on Dec. 9, 2013, the 835 ERA files providers receive from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBS NM) experienced technical issues that caused delivery delays. This also affected the Electronic Payment Summary (EPS) files, as follows:
· ERA files scheduled for delivery prior to today have been delivered.
· ERA files scheduled for delivery today (12/11/13) have been delayed.
· EPS files scheduled for delivery on 12/10/13 and 12/11/13 have been delayed.
