ERA/EPS/EFT Delay for BCBSIL Providers – BCBSIL
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL is experiencing delays of all Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), Electronic Payment Summary(EPS) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) files for
production date of December 23, 2013 that would have been delivered on December
24, 2013.
The next processing date for ERA, EPS and EFT files to be generated is December 27, 2013 due to the holiday schedule. No files were scheduled to be processed over the holidays.
BCBSIL is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will notify you once the delayed ERA, EPS and EFT files are available.
[12/23/2013 Update] BCBS of IL has notified us of a delay in remit delivery. We will provide additional information as soon as possible.
