[01 05 2014] Medi-Cal has been processing normally as of Sunday, 1/5/2014 at 6am CT.
[01 03 2014] Medi-Cal came back online today at 11:10am CT, however, due to the backlog of transactions, processing may continue to run slower than normal. We will update you when the system has caught up with the backlog. Thanks for your patience!
Medi-Cal has been offline since 12/23/2013. All clearinghouses are affected by this issue. Based on their responses, we believe they are having hardware related issues. Although we have been receiving consistent responses from their technical team, they have been unable to estimate a fix time.
