Registration Quality Assurance
- Add new Status “MANAGER REVIEW”
-If selected for an RQA Alert, it will assign the Alert to a user called “Manager.” This will allow the client to create a queue with all accounts assigned to that user. Other users can change it back to “Assign to User” which will assign it to the current user.
Self Service Portal
- Fix issue creating duplicate departments on the department tab
- Fix bug that was causing new users added to a department to not inherit product defaults
- Add the ability to search SSP by login name or user mnemonic
-New dropdown to the left of the User Search text box allows “type” of search – Name (Default), Mapping, or Login
-Change the text to “Search” instead of “Search for user”
-Give a visual indicator that the search is in progress
