eCare NEXT Processing Update (10:00am CT)

[03 14 2014 @ 10:00 am CT] Ecare NEXT processing and refresh times have dramatically improved over the last 30 minutes.  We will continue to monitor response times.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

[03 14 2014 @ 9:30 am CT] There were a couple of changes rolled back out of production in the last 30 minutes, but we are still seeing some refresh/processing slowness.  We are continuing to research.

[03 14 2014 @ 8:45 am CT]  As of 8am CT, OneSource and IntelliSource processing have been processing normally.  However, we are continuing to address eCare NEXT slowness issues.  We do not have a current estimated fix time.

[03 14 2014 @ 7:30am CT]  Passport is investigating the slow processing times being reported this morning.  We will continually update this dashboard and will post an Estimated Time of Resolution shortly.  Thanks for your patience!
