[03 14 2014 @ 9:30 am CT] There were a couple of changes rolled back out of production in the last 30 minutes, but we are still seeing some refresh/processing slowness. We are continuing to research.
[03 14 2014 @ 8:45 am CT] As of 8am CT, OneSource and IntelliSource processing have been processing normally. However, we are continuing to address eCare NEXT slowness issues. We do not have a current estimated fix time.
