Passport Release Notes for 03.27.2014

Change Overview:

eCare NEXT

  • New Feature – Add button to eCN Queue Manager to allow queue manager to “Save and Open Work Queue”
  • New Feature – Ability to test work queue logic in the builder in eCN Queue Manager
  • New Feature – Add “Alert User” to Alerts Description in Queue  Add the ability to show the user who CREATED the alert, when expanding the alerts in the main queue page

 Patient Portal

  • New Feature – Add pagination to ‘Show CCD Access History’ page on the CCD screen
  • New Feature – Add a lab report to the Numerator Test Data screen in CCD

Physician Portal

  • Fix – Resolve issue causing the level of care popup to appear off screen. User should not have to scroll to see it. The popup should appear right next the row similar to when not scrolled mode.
  • Fix – The level of care should only show state changing events.
  • New Feature – Add User Name column to Users Admin screen when logged in as admin

PaymentSafe

  • Fix – Payor name search not working

Eligibility

  • Fix – Change subscriber ID validation for ChampVA  from member ID to 9 numeric or 9 numeric +P

OrderSmart

  • Fix – Allow fax patient documents to be saved

Registration Quality Assurance (RQA)

  • Fix – Fix alert code increment defect when copying alerts across facilities using the RQA Alerts tool.

Patient Payment Estimator (PPE)

  • New Feature (AMP Only) – Allows the end user to see how we calculated the total estimated patient responsibility.  The explanation is accessed by clicking on the blurb to the right of the Estimated Patient Responsibility.   This will be released to everyone but can be turned off by customer support.  This change will be deployed to eCare NEXT in the future.
  • New Feature (AMP Only) – This also releases the additional options UI.  It allows end users to adjust how the EPR is calculated.  This will not be turned on automatically and is available to turn on by customer support.  This change will be deployed to eCare NEXT in the future.
  • Fix – Corrects instances where the contracted rate wasn’t multiplying by the quantity.
  • Fix – Remove “ on easy search.

Special Notes:

  • Special Note:  Passport is performing hardware maintenance Thursday night at 10pm that may require customers with VPN access via IP address of 199.96.232.11 to reboot their connection.
