ECare NEXT and IntelliSource Processing Issues Resolved!

[04.07.2014 @ 1:00pm CT]  The issue with transactions not returning responses or eCare NEXT work queue and IntelliSource workcenter “locking” or “freezing” when accessing these applications or making a request is resolved.  Processing has been greatly improved since 12:00pm.  However, we have been monitoring for the last hour to confirm this problem does not occur again.  We are now confident the necessary changes were deployed to resolve this issue.  We apologize for the inconvenience!

[04.07.2014 @ 10:00am CT]  Some clients have reported issues with transactions not returning responses or eCare NEXT work queue and IntelliSource workcenter “locking” or “freezing” when accessing these applications or making a request.  Logging out and back into these applications may temporarily resolve the issue.   However, that is simply a workaround.  Fixing this issue is our current top priority.  We do not have an estimated fix time.
