[04.08.2014 @ 2:00pm CT – Update] Although this issue was resolved on 04.07.2014 at 1:00pm CT, patients entered with a temporary account or temporary MRN from Friday (04.04.14) until Monday (04.07.14) at 1:00pm may have to be re-entered.

[04.07.2014 @ 11:00am CT] When our ‘Scripting (IPS)’ or ‘Quick Launch’ customers click on the Orders chevron, they may encounter an error (Our Server is not getting a timely response) when attempting to run medical necessity or authorizations. We believe this happens with any patients that have a temporary account or temporary MRN. We are still researching this issue and do not have an estimated fix time.
