OrderChecker Error – Resolved at 11:45am CT

[04 24 2014 @ 11:45am CT]  OrderChecker is now processing normally for all clients.  Please contact Support if you are still experiencing problems.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

[04 24 2014 @ 10:40am CT]  The majority of clients are caught up and processing normally.  We are monitoring the two clients’ transactions that are still processing their backlog.  Thanks for your patience!

[04 24 2014 @ 0845am CT]  Passport reports a backlog in the processing of transactions for OrderChecker.  Clients are receiving an error that our server is not getting a timely response.  Several clients have already caught up and are processing normally.  Passport estimates that all clients should be caught up and processing normally by 10:45am CT.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
