ClaimSource Release Notes for 05.01.2014

The following ClaimSource changes were moved to production on May 1st 2014.

Enhancements:

  • Work Queue:  Speed improvements
  • Claim Screen: Ability to tab between Charge fields
  • Claim Screen: Dollars/Cents now combined on Charge Line
  • Rules: Enhanced Functional G Code Rules
  • Batch Functions: Add Hold to Claims
  • Forms: New Form – Kansas Sunflower
  • Work Pools: Users can now be assigned to multiple work pools
  • Reports: Claim Change Detail Report allows user to pull all changes to claims by site, change date, user and PCN.  User can include deleted claim data and may filter out system changes
  • Reports: Deleted Claim Detail Report will show all deleted claims matching the parameters including who deleted the claim and the reason
  • Reports: Claim Inbound Detail Report – Open Error and Hold counts added to the output.
  • Reports: Claim Inbound Detail Report – Users may now filter by clean claims, claims with open errors and claims with open holds.
  • Reports: Claim Inbound Detail Report – A summary table at the end of the report will show the total number of claims and charges by clean claims, claims with open errors and claims with open holds.
  • Reports: Error and Hold Detail Report – Users may now filter results by pre vs. post transmission errors.
  • Reports: Error and Hold Detail Report – The source of the error has been added to the output (Reconcile, Medical Necessity, etc…)
  • Reports: Error and Hold Detail Report – If the user includes closed errors\holds, the output will include the date closed as well as who closed it.
  • Reports: Work Queue Export – The numbers of errors and holds are now split into two columns when exporting to Excel to help with sorting\aggregating.
  • Reports: Error and Hold Status Summary – User may now choose to include errors and holds, just errors or just holds.  A column is added to the output to show if the alert is an error or a hold.
  • Reports: Error and Hold Status Summary – User can now sort by Total Alerts, Error Message or Error Category.
  • Reports: Claim Status Detail Report – User may now choose to group data by category\status codes.
  • Reports: Claim Status Detail Report – Category and status codes are now split into two columns to help with sorting in Excel.

Fixes:

  • Work Queue: Minimizing filters now working for saved filters
  • Work Pools: User may no longer enter work pools with duplicate names
  • Rules: Now removing erroneous OCE G Code error
  • Forms: Fixes to Anthem Forms
  • Forms: Facility State was missing on printed form
  • Forms: Signature removed from crossover form
