Blue Cross and Blue Shield IL, NM, OK, and TX have made significant enhancements to the processing of Electronic Remittance Advice (835 ERA) files.
- Prior to Dec. 12, 2013, 835 ERA files were scheduled for delivery to Receiver mailboxes by approximately 10 a.m., CT.
- With the recent enhancements, 835 ERA files are now being delivered between the hours of 1 and 3 p.m., CT.
