eCare NEXT
- Fix – Remove the null selection from the Medical Necessity ABN printed dropdown. It should be Yes or No
Self-Service Portal
- New Feature – Audit Overhaul and Reporting
- New Feature – Create Online Reports Tab in self-service portal
Patient Payment Estimator (PPE)
- New Feature – Users will have the ability to determine which benefits to use within a calculation on any Insured estimate. Check boxes will appear to the right of the benefit boxes and the user can select/unselect benefits as appropriate. This is an individual user setting, and will only be turned on upon request to the Ecare Helpdesk (ecarehelpdesk@passporthealth.com)
OrderSmart
- Fix – For medications with add-on tests, we are showing them highlighted yellow and checked. Allow it to be unchecked
- Fix – Patient signed order should be editable
Physician Portal
- New Feature – Add User Name column to Users Admin screen when logged in as admin
