Passport Release Notes for 07.24.2014

Change Overview:

eCare NEXT

  • Feature – MyResponse Changes:  End users that have access to configure their MyResponse views will have to confirm they want to save their changes and verify that they understand submitted changes apply to other payers in that line of business. For example, a MyResponse view change to a commercial payer changes the views for all commercial payers (this is the way MyResponse currently functions, but there is no warning to the end user).  These changes have already been deployed to all OneSource and IntelliSource customers.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What if our MyResponse changes are locked?
Users that are part of a       locked template will not be affected as they are not allowed to edit       their views.
  • Can our client opt out of these changes?
We are deploying globally because the changes will improve the efficiency       and performance for all clients, so there is no opportunity to opt out.
  • If I have additional concerns, who do I contact?
Feel free to email our support team 24/7/365 at customer.support@passporthealth.com
