eCare NEXT Full Response Issue Resolved – 9:30am 07.25.2014

[07 25 2014 @ 9:30am CT]  The eCare NEXT is working normally again.  We rolled back the changes (pop-up when a user changes a template) that were deployed last night.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

[07 25 2014 @ 7:30am CT]  The eCare NEXT Full Response button is currently unavailable but Passport is working to resolve the issue immediately.  You may work around this problem by clicking on the Previous button and choosing the response from there.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
