08.29.2014 Processing Issues – Post Mortem

[11:00am Update]  Between 5:30am and 6:00am CT this morning, our co-production datacenter lost power. Although we were able to process transactions through our primary data center, the volume of transactions caused slowness for all our products.  At 8:15am CT, our systems recovered and most services began to run normally.  We are reviewing the events to make certain this type of issue does not impact customers in the future and apologize for the inconvenience.

[8:30am Update]  Response time has greatly improved since 8:15am CT.  You may still experience some payer response time issues and batch processing will resume at 10:00am CT.  However,  In Process Scripting (IPS), eCare NEXT, and IntelliSource processing should be back to normal.

[Processing Issues – 7:45am Update]  Transaction processing is slower than usual this morning.  We expect turnaround time for response times to improve over the next two hours.  This may most significantly impact In Process Scripting (IPS), eCare NEXT, IntelliSource, and Batch transactions.
