Eligibility Slowness – 9/3/14 @ 8:45am CT Update

[09 03 2014 @ 8:45am CT]  Passport payers are running normally this morning.  If you are still experiencing any payer issues, please contact Customer Support.  Thanks for your patience yesterday.

[11:45am CT]  Processing has greatly improved over the last thirty minutes.  Outr systems team will continue to monitor payer response times.

[11:00am CT]  We have seen some improvement since 10:00am, but will continue to monitor payer response time.

[10:00am CT]  Multiple payers are responding slowly this morning due to high volume of eligibility requests.
