Changes Overview:
- All Products Allow users to cancel or close “Ask Scott” requests.
- eCare NEXT Add the authorization number to Notice of Admission work queue view in eCare NEXT. It will only display when the payer actually returns an approval number.
- Patient Payment Estimator (PPE) Add new PPE functionality “ER Copay Only.” This setting accommodates facilities that choose to only estimate copay’s for any ER visits. It will bypass the contracting system and change the format of the estimate screen and PDF for all Emergency Service estimates. This setting will be turned off by default, but can be activated by our support team. Requests to change “PPE_ERCopayOnly” to “True” should be forwarded to ecarehelpdesk@passporthealth.com.

- Please note that there will not be a regularly scheduled builds on 12/25/14 and 1/1/15.
- Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues
