Fixes:
- Claim Submission – Some claims were rejecting due to leading zeroes on Value Code 45 amount
- Claim Maintenance – Users can no longer duplicate locked claims
- Reports – Filtering by provider now works properly
- Reports – Users report was repeating the listed sites for each user multiple times
- Work Queue – Rejected electronic claims were being displayed as Print claims in the work queue
- Work Queue – Transmission method was not showing correctly for payers that were not set to submit claims
- Printing – UB04 was not printing the alternate ID for field locators 76, 77, 78 and 79
