Effective immediately, eligibility for Americhoice of TN members should be run under United Health Community Plan. Also UHC River Valley should be run through United Healthcare. The data returned through the Americhoice and UHC River Valley connections is no longer being updated. This link will be removed on 1/23/2015.
Please note that AmeriChoice of TN traditionally had a “JD” in front of the Subscriber ID, but recently changed to a number “1” in the front. Because of this change, many responses are showing “patient not found.”
