Passport Release Notes 1.08.2015

Change Overview:

  • RQA and PPE products will be unavailable from Thursday 01.08.15 @ 10pm CT until Friday 01.09.15 @ 2am CT for database maintenance. We are implementing several changes in order to improve our RQA/PPE processing capacity.

Special Notes:

  • Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night.  However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime.  If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance.  The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT.  During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues
