Change Overview
- Registration Quality Assurance (RQA): A11 (Cancel Admit) triggered events will mark all alerts as “Resolved By System”. The user will be listed as a “Generic User.” This will not be turned on by default, but can be enabled by a setting in the User Manager Tool.
Special Notes
- Ecare NEXT and IntelliSource Scheduled Maintenance: Ecare NEXT and IntelliSource may be unavailable due to a system upgrade during our regularly scheduled maintenance window Thursday night 02.12.2015 from 10:00pm until 12:00am CT. If the maintenance is completed prior to 12:00pm or we anticipate a longer downtime, we will post an update at www.passportproductdashboard.com.
- Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues
