Blue Cross Issues – Update at 9:02am CT

[03 02 2015]  Multiple Blue Cross performance issues are causing Out-of-State plans to time out.  Most local state plans are processing normally.  This is likely due to first of the month volume.  There is no Estimated Time of Availability.
