Resolved – Credit Card Processing Issues (Link2Gov & Concord Only)

8:28am CT, the credit card processing issue has been resolved.  There was a connection issue between the processor and the gateway that was offline and it has since been restored and payments are now flowing again.

As of 6:18am CT is has been reported that there is a connection issue between the processor and gateway at First Data that is causing all credit card transactions to fail.  We are working with both Link2Gov and First Data Merchant Systems to resolve this issue.
