eCare NEXT – Postback Slowness – Resolved at 8pm CT on 05/01/2015

[05 01 2015 @ 3:00 pm CT]  The Postback slowness has been determined to be affecting clients using IPS 2.0.  In the interim, when you are at the IPS response form, as long as you do not click away from the form, the postback should process without much delay.  Passport estimates that this slowness should be resolved later this evening around 8pm CT.  We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and your staff.
