[05 05 2015 @ 10:45 am CT]  Passport estimates that the backlog should be addressed by 11:45 am CT.

[05 05 2015 @ 10:20 am CT]  There should be a considerable improvement in accessing applications, however, due to a backlog of transactions, you might still experience slow response times.
