Change Overview:
OrderSmart – The following changes were made:
- Change Referral Status to Authorization Status
- Problem Due to 50 Character Limit on Work Queue Comma Separated List – Expanded to 100.
Schedule Smart – Now provides HL7 Messages DB Initialization. The following changes were also made:
- Resource By Schedule By Department Report changes.
- Check in Web-Services changes. Scheduled are removed from the work list, Expected Scheduled Time is also displayed. · Reason and comments are displayed · Doctor is also displayed for the scheduled slots.
- Voice reminder – Mammo_first modality set up.
Special Notes:
- Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
