Change Overview:
eCareNEXT – Work Queue global search. Previously, the search function looked at the search input value at the beginning, middle, and end. However, to improve the search results (and thus eliminate false matching) we have removed the middle value from the search. We believe the only search impacted will be when searching MRN or account numbers without using the leading zeros. For example, entering 567 for MRN 00567891234 would not find the account, but by entering the ending value of 567891234, a matching account would be returned.
Self-Service Portal (SSP) – In the SSP Configuration tab under the eCN sub-tab, the Departments dropdown list now matches the dropdown lists that are under the SSP Manage Users tab.
Special Notes:
- Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
