Sporadic Response and Slowness 05-27-2015 – 4:15 pm CT Update

[05 27 2015 @ 4:25 pm CT]  Resolved – At 12:15 p.m. CT, our production control team was able to identify and correct an internal processing issue that may have resulted in slower than normal response times.  Again, we will continue to monitor our response processing as to avoid any reoccurrence and we apologize for any inconvenience.

[05 27 2015 @ 3:30 pm CT]  The slow response issues have subsided; we continue to monitor the system closely.

Our development team continues to investigate this occurrence and is unrelated to the Blue Exchange issues.

We are currently researching an issue that seems to be causing slower than normal eligibility response times.  The issue seems to be affecting eligibility responses and those products consuming eligibility. We do not have an estimated fix time, but it is our top priority. We will continue to monitor and provide updates.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
